About Clare
Hey I'm Clare and welcome to my website! I have always been into dance and fitness and after graduating from Kingston University with a BA Hons Dance degree, I decided to go into teaching and instructing. Over the years I've qualified in many group exercise concepts, personal training and sports massage therapy. My aim is to find the right exercise for you! Whether that's shimmying around in a Zumba class or in my gym lifting weights. So many people say they hate exercising, but they just haven't found an enjoyable way to work out and that's why you should train with me!

Below is a brief summary of each class and my timetable. I am also available for private hire, if you have the space and a group of people I can come to you, or I have access to various venues which I am able to hire out.
CLASSES
ZUMBA
A fun aerobic fitness class, which incorporates different dance styles. Shake and shimmy your way into a fitter you!
ZUMBA TONING
This class combines dance with execises to help sculpt and tone specific muscles. Same music as Zumba, with less impact, more squats and a lot of fun!
FITNESS PILATES
A class which will help improve overall body strength, with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles. FP will help to improve posture, mobility and it will make you feel fab!

PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer bespoke one to one and small group training sessions, in your home or at my PT Studio in Kennington, Oxford.
Starting with a consultation, we will find out exactly what you want. As a personal trainer my aim is to help you during your fitness journey, motivate, encourage and make exercise enjoyable. I will design you programmes that fit in with your lifestyle, works for you and you will get the results you want!
ONLINE COACHING
Lacking motivation and want a programme to suit your goals? With Online Coaching I am here to offer 24/7 support, with weekly check ins and workout reviews. I offer different packages to suit your needs, with options that include Skype/Zoom PT sessions too.
